Zoe Odusina

Zoe joined Reassured in July 2024 as Chief People Office (CPO) within the senior leadership team and reporting to Mark Townsend (CEO).

Zoe brings over 20 years of experience in operations, HR and people management. This includes an impressive track record of developing and managing a range of HR policies and business processes within large and small organisations.

At Reassured, Zoe will oversee all people focussed projects and initiatives, in particular the company’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) strategy, employee value proposition, and employee benefits, as well as Reassured’s wider contribution to the community and charity.

Zoe’s previous roles include Operations Director at the Compre Group and Head of Operational Motor Claims at RSA Insurance.
