In September 2020, the Manchester office at Reassured was shortlisted for not just one, but six categories in the Call North West (CNW) Northern Contact Centre Awards.
Of the team categories:
- Medium Contact Centre of the Year
- Frontline Team of the Year
- Best Agent Induction Programme
- Recruitment & Retention Strategy
Of the individual categories:
- Team Leader of the Year - Tom Entwistle
- Sales Person of the Year - Riad Naamani
Our Manchester office were proud to win Medium Contact Centre of the Year 2020, presented at the virtual ‘Film Premiere’ themed award ceremony held on the 5th November.
For this award Reassured Manchester had to demonstrate their dedication to their customers, performance targets and results, staff development and staff empowerment.
This award is a fantastic achievement for the team and attests to how far they have come since early 2017 when the office first opened. Now, Manchester sells over 1,400 life insurance policies a month for the business and are consistently well over target. The team has also grown to over 80 people (and they are still recruiting!).
Reassured also walked away with the Best Agent Induction Programme and Recruitment & Retention Strategy awards.
Team People at Reassured has implemented multiple successful initiatives that focus on engaging, training, developing and retaining sales people within the business. This includes their 12-week onboarding programme, ‘Career Belt’ progression scheme, management development programme and ‘Road to Success’ programme.
