Reassured have won in the ‘Best Customer Retention’ category of Legal & General’s Business Quality Awards (BQA).
The BQAs have been running for 12 years, aiming to showcase and celebrate better customer outcomes in the protection industry.
The award ceremony was held on 21st May 2024, with 17 winners selected overall. Categories included ‘Outstanding Performance’, ‘Data Precision’, ‘Consumer Duty’ and more.
The awards are split into two categories, those recognised by Legal & General and those who have provided submissions for entry.
Reassured were selected by Legal & General as the winner for the ‘Best Customer Retention’ category.
Phil Jeynes, Director of Corporate Strategy at Reassured, attended the award ceremony and said of the win:
